Sharp Named to Observer's PR Power 50 Rankings
Sharp is proud to be closing out 2017 on a high note, with yesterday's announcement that the Agency was named #14 on Observer's 2017 Power 50 List.
We've jumped up the rankings from our debut at #42 last year, propelled by some big milestones in 2017.
- New Location: Sharp Florida opened its doors in March and welcomed iconic regional brands like the Kravis Center and Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa onto our roster while also supporting national brands like RH looking to tap into this burgeoning market.
- New Leadership: Beyond new leadership at the head of the Agency, 2017 also saw significant growth in key practice area leadership positions as well. Nicole Janok boomeranged back to the Agency to head up Florida, while Maggie Holmes was recruited to lead the growing digital practice. The PR and Events departments also saw significant advancements, as longtime Sharpies Gina Decandia and Katie Dimiero stepped into new management positions.
- New Wins: Building on a strong foundation of clients rooted in A&D, Lifestyle, Arts & Culture and Philanthropy, 2017 saw exciting wins that included the launch of Kohler's NYC Experience Center, the introduction of the Kips Bay Palm Beach Show House, Philadelphia's University of the Arts, and our latest charge: supporting Lyft's New York region.
We're thankful for our fantastic (and fun!) client partnerships, our all-star team, and this "cherry on top" accolade as we head into 2018.
