Being a Kansas City native, the top journalism school in the country was an easy commute, and well, the rest is history. At Sharp, Lauren is a writer, strategist, and specialist all in the interest of developing effective PR initiatives which secure editorial and product features in shelter, design, consumer, and trade categories for our Home and Design group. Prior experience at Kohler and three years as an editor at Meredith Corporation have given her unique industry insight, making her a seasoned communication specialist when it comes to kitchen and bath. She even admits to “geeking out” over new home products and gadgetry. Lauren is a self-proclaimed volunteer junkie, especially for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where she has volunteered and fundraised for nine years in honor of her nephew. Oh and by the way, that essay she wrote in 5th grade? It’s now framed in her apartment. Now that really is vision.
