In addition to leading its PR campaign, Sharp spearheaded two key partnerships to broaden and deepen audience engagement for the 2022 edition of the IFPDA Print Fair.
Designed to reach the coveted interior designer community, the 1stDibs partnership was anchored by two bespoke programs: an online auction of prints curated by artist LaToya Hobbs and a panel featuring leading interior designers moderated by 1stDibs Editorial Director / Director of Fine Art Tony Freund. The auction cross-promoted Hobbs’ commissioned exhibition at the fair and seeded coverage on the artist in leading arts outlets like Barron’s PENTA and Introspective. The panel also successfully motivated interior designers to attend the fair and generated interest from design media outlets such as House Beautiful, Cottages and Gardens, and HGTV.
In tandem, a partnership with Hello Print Friend deepened IFPDA’s relationship with its core audience: print lovers and artists from around the world. The podcast featured a series of 3 dedicated episodes, highlighting IFPDA leadership, exhibitors, and featured artists, and an Instagram Live walkthrough, providing behind the scenes content and capturing the energy and excitement of the fair with additional on-site interviews.
